    How to downgrade 24H2 to 23H2 if my new laptop came with 24H2 preinstalled?


    I have a brand new Dell laptop which came with windows 11 ver 24H2 preloaded. However, the software I need to install on this machine is not compatible with version 24H2, so how can I downgrade to 23H2?Thanks

    Could the update from 22h2 to 24h2 be problematic?

    Good day,

    We have a customer who currently has the W11 22h2 in operation and would like to suspend 23h2 in order to switch to 24h2 in 2025. What is Microsoft's recommendation in this regard? Could the update from 22h2 to 24h2 be problematic?
