Windows 10: How to Downgrade from windows 1803 to 1703 without loosing licence

My windows updated from Windows 1703 to Windows 1803. After that, my laptop is getting very slow. So when I contacted asus, (my laptop is ASUS) They confirmed that my model doesn't support any version other than 1703 or 1709.
I can't downgrade to previous version in settings because I reset pc with deleting all files.

So I want to do a clean installation with iso file. How can install windows 1703 using iso file without loosing windows licence?

I have installed windows 10 pro version 1703(i.e. not genuine) which is not activating as I have digital licence for windows 10 home single language edition . so, how can I downgrade windows 10 pro to my previous genuine windows 10 home single language

Yes, you may still go back to the previous version of your Windows. However, please be informed that the rollback should be performed within 10 days or this option will no longer be available. You may follow the steps below for the procedure:

• Type settings in the Search bar, then press
  Enter.
  
• Click Update & security, then select Recovery.
  
• Click on the Get started button under Go back to an earlier build section. The process will begin and you will be asked some questions for information purposes.
