Windows 10: How to Downgrade Refurbished HP Laptop with Windows 11 to Windows 10?

I bought a refurbished HP laptop because I had to send my new HP laptop back for repair. The refurbished laptop has Windows 11 and I can't see that it upgraded from Windows 10 I used Belarc Advisor. I want to downgrade it to Windows 10. I went to HP which has the refurbished laptop listed as Windows 10. It doesn't even allow me to choose Windows 11 as its OS. My question is that if I wipe the hard drive and install Windows 10, do I use the Windows key from Windows 11 or should I do something else? I do have Windows 10 on my new laptop that I sent for repair.

Refurbished HP laptop showing update to V1909

My laptop wants to install 1909 but it failed twice because I never got the 'install enhancements' kb.... for this build. What should I do about this?
