Windows 10: how to downgrade to older windows 10 home like 1507

Hi i read on forums that newer versions of windows 10 causes eye strain. Which i get also. Are there ways i can downgrade to oldest windows 10 version like 1507. or some other older version. Are there any official ways i can get this version of windows ?

Are you sure you want to go back to that release? Windows 10 1507 is not supported anymore, you might want to downgrade to Windows 10 1607 instead.

I would try these:

• Get your Windows 7 media device and reinstall Windows
• Try auto-repair
• Follow these steps:

1. Put in your Windows 10 media device, boot into the USB
2. Select your language and keyboard input, then click next.
3. Click "Repair this computer"
4. Go to "Advanced options"
5. click system restore
6. Select a restore point before you downgraded to Windows 7.
