Windows 10: How to downgrade to Windows 8.1 with computer that has Windows 10 pre-installed?

I'm not sure the best way to word this, but I have Windows 8.1 on an old computer that is constantly crashing and may die soon, so I bought a new computer that has Windows 10 pre-installed. I'm been trying to find ways to buy a Windows 8.1 product key or transfer my license from my old computer to my new one so that I may have Windows 8.1 on my new computer. I've trying looking on the Microsoft Store and other online vendors but have been unable to find any available or legitimate sources. Is it possible to downgrade or buy a product key for Windows 8.1 or am I stuck with Windows 10?

Pre-installed Windows 7 help making raid 1

Does it have a Windows 7 or Windows 8 sticker on it? I'm guessing this computer came with a Windows 8 License but the downgrade was used to install Windows 7, which is why the computer came with Windows 8 restore discs.

In that case the key in the BIOS is actually the Windows 8 key, and it actually doesn't matter at all. Just re-install Windows 7 Pro 64-bit using any standard Windows 7 Pro disc, use any Windows 7 Pro key(it doesn't matter if they key has already been used on another computer). Then when you activate it you will have to use the phone option and tell the person you are doing a Windows 8 downgrade and they will activate it for you.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
