Windows 10: How to download and install MS Authenticator App on Win10 Ver. 22H2 PC and NO Smartphone

Dan_de_Lion,I'm having some difficulty "exactly" following this MS Support linkownload and install the Microsoft Authenticator app - Microsoft SupportI do not have, own or want a "Smartphone". It's not compatible with my "simplistic" retirement lifestyle. HELP!!

Problems installing update 22H2

Hi, my WIN10 pro (64) ver. 21H1. Problems installing update 22H2, it stops at 20% installing, even after restart, error code 0x80073701. I did all help suggestions from MS virtual help, additionally contacted MS support did few trail to help but it did not work. all PC functions are responding extremely slow if at all ! what can I do?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

Remove non-operable App downloaded from MS App Store, to remove Already Own

Remove App downloaded from Microsoft Store App Store because:

I mistakenly downloaded on PC (MS Surface). When I try to install the app on my phone, it says - already owned. But I cannot get access to, or install it, on the phone. I have tried all steps as suggested in link below.

I can hide the app in my account library on the pc but to no affect on the phone.

The app does not appear on either the PC Application list (in Settings), nor in the phone list of Apps.

I want to install the app on my phone.
