Microsoft hasn’t removed Windows 10 Threshold 2 completely from its servers but actually pulled the plug on the Media Creation Tool that allows users to download the official ISOs.

And yet, while the Media Creation Tool is no longer displayed on the Windows 10 download page, the links are up and running. This means that you can still download the Media Creation Tool and create a bootable USB stick with Windows 10 Threshold 2 just like before.

Hello, is Windows 10 Version 1511/November update/TH2 available to download via media creation tool as iso file? As of Today 27/11/2015? I wanted to download as an iso file and i want to know whether it is version 1511/November update/TH2 if i download
from MCT? Because the iso files were deleted and thus i have this doubt. Thanks.

When I look at the date of the drivers, it likely means, this system came preinstalled with Windows 10 November Update 1511.

Download Windows 10 November Update 1511 64 from the following link:

Perform a clean install, then reinstall all the essential driver software from the following link:

https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-p...

I recommend you update the most critical ones: Chipset, Display Driver, Network adapters.

 

And apparently it also depends upon the country of origin of the user because the above German link gives me build 10240.
