Canon MG5350 scanner not working

Thank you for including the screen shot of the error. You may try the below suggested steps to fix the issue.

1. Connect the Printer to wireless router.
   
2. Run the printer software from the Canon site to download and the set the printer up on the PC.
   
3. Download the IJ scan Utility and try attempting to scan documents.
   
4. If you still notice the same error, hold down the stop button (Red Button) on the printer for 10 seconds or until the error light goes off and release it.

If the Canon Drivers for windows 10 is installed, the setup from there onwards should be fairly easy.

Problems setting up Canon PIXMA MG3570

Thanks so much for responding! Didn't expect such a speedy response.

Indeed, Canon IJ Scan Utility was also installed as part of the bundle. Thank you for your help. Didn't know it was installed as part of the bundle, and completely missed the fact that it appeared as an App on the Start Menu. Have created a shortcut for
it on Desktop and it should work fine.

Separately, also tried to uninstall and reinstall the Windows Scan App, but it still cannot detect the Canon printer. But with the Canon IJ Scan Utility, that's not really important. Was just giving it a try.
