Windows 10: How To Embed Giphy or Tenor GIF in a Phone Link Message?

Is there a way to link GIF information from the giphy or tenor site into a message one is writing in Phone Link?Yes, I can just paste a URL. But then it just shows up as a URL that the receiver has to click on.I want it to show up as an animated image, just as if I has used the GIF button within Phone Link.Thanks,Allen

Trying to create an embed code for a video stored on my OneDrive account (personal)

I understand that you’re trying to create an embed code for a video stored in your OneDrive personal account, but the embed command doesn’t consistently appear.

Allow me to ask:

1. Does this happen to all files extension of .MP4 and non Mp4? or just specific file extension .Mp4?
   
2. Is this happening to other devices, browsers, and networks?
   
3. Have you tried clearing the browser's cache and cookies?
   

Let’s troubleshoot this issue and find a solution:



1. Sign in to your OneDrive account.

2. Locate the video you want to embed and click on it to open it.

3. Click on the "Share" button located at the top of the page.

4. In the "Share" pane that appears, click on the "Embed" button.

5. In the "Embed" pane that appears, customize the settings for your embedded video, such as the size and autoplay options.

6. Once you have customized the settings, copy the embed code provided.

7. Paste the embed code into the HTML code of your website or blog where you want the video to appear.

You can try this other steps:

1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, cached data can cause unexpected behavior. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Here’s how:
   
   • Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the “Clear browsing history” window or tab.
     
   • Clear the cache and cookies.
     
2. Generate Embed Code: To create an embed code for your video, follow these steps:
   
   • Open any internet browser and go to the Your request has been blocked. This could be due to several reasons.
     
   • Sign in with your personal account.
     
   • Select the Office file (video) that you want to embed.
     
   • Right-click over it and choose Embed > Generate.
     
3. Check Compatibility: Ensure that you’re using OneDrive for Personal (not OneDrive for Business) because the Embed option is only supported in the personal version.
   
   • Go to the video on OneDrive.
     
   • Expand the ellipsis (three dots) in the toolbar.
     
   • Click Embed.
