Windows 10: How to enable auto-update for Microsoft Store published .NET 6 MAUI Blazor App?

I have a .NET MAUI Blazor App which I have published through the MS Store, but it doesnt automatically update itself on launch when a new update is available. In fact it isnt even able to update itself when you manually download the it from the store, unless you uninstall the existing version on the PC before running the MSIX installer.I havnt been able to find any useful resources on https://learn.microsoft.com/ or other websites.Has anyone been in this situation and solved it? App downloaded from Microsoft store can't open

I have developed a private app using .Net 7.0 MAUI blazer and published to store. At start my users can download it and use it smoothly on win10. But today the app cannot open on Win10. When I click the app on win10 nothing happened. On win11 it is all good. I tried delete the app from the store and republish an empty MAUI app and download it and it still cannot open on win10 but ok on win11. Other apps download from Microsoft store is good. Only the one I published cannot open. There is no error message.

I'm using Visual Studio Enterprise 2022 developing on win11 and the target user group is using win10.

Please help
