How to enable Group Policy Object on user configuration for change Lock Screen image.i create the GPO or rules for automatically set User pc like desktop background, lockscreen background, after connect active directory domain. but i have problem with changing lockscreen image/background like this picture.

User Group Policy Objects not applied but computer group policy objects are

I created a group policy object specifically for Windows 10 computers and tablets. All the templates for Windows 10 have been added to the central store in AD. For the

Enabled "Administrative Templates\Windows Components\OneDrive\Prevent the usage of OneDrive for file Storage"

Enabled "Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Update\Defer Upgrades and Updates"

User Configuration

Disabled "Administrative Templates\Start Menu and taskbar\Show Windows Store Apps on the Taskbar"

Enabled "Administrative Templates\System\Internet Communication Management\Internet Communication settings\Turn off Access to the Store"

The computer configuration settings work but the User Configuration settings are not applied and there are no errors to explain why. Is there a reason for this?

I apologize for the confusion. To ensure that the Group Policy settings are applied correctly on the new machine when you open the .mmc file, you will need to perform the following steps:

Open the .mmc file that you want to transfer to the new machine.

Right-click on "Group Policy Object Editor" in the console tree and select "Add/Remove Snap-in".

Select "Group Policy Object Editor" from the list and click the "Add" button.

In the "Select Group Policy Object" dialog box, select "Local Computer" and click "Finish".

Click "Close" in the "Add/Remove Snap-in" dialog box.

In the console tree, expand "Local Computer Policy" and navigate to the settings that you want to configure.

Configure the settings as desired.

Save and close the .mmc file.
