Windows 10: How to enable multiple rows of pinned apps in Windows 11 taskbar

I know this has been asked before, but how can I enable multiple rows of pinned apps in Windows 11 taskbar, and scroll between those rows?Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Normally you should be able to simply drag a shortcut to the taskbar and it will be pinned.

Query re pinning and unpinning apps to taskbar

Pinning an app to taskbar does not remove it from Start all apps list. It list in Start under letter M as in Microsoft Edge, you should find it there even when it is pinned to taskbar.
