Windows 10: How to enable Show most used apps?

I want to enable "Show most used apps" for Windows 11 but it seems disabled. How can I enable this?

Most used from the Start menu and the Run history can be enabled through Settings. To turn them on, the following are the steps:

• Click on Start.
• Go to Settings.
• Select Personalization.
• From the Start tab, turn Show most used apps on.
• Turn Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or the taskbar on.

Unable to enable a startup app

I can't enable windows store app to start with windows.

The step I folowed are

• Open task manager
• go to startup tab
• select the app
• enable

and when I reopen it's set at disable
