Windows 10: How to enable the new Settings app

Hi! Today, on the Internet, I found a way to enable the new Settings app. This should be from version 1903.

1. Download the mach2 utility: this is for 64-bit systems, and this is for 32-bit.
2. Unpack the archive to any folder.
3. Open in the folder with the utility PowerShell as administrator (click on "file", then on "Run Windows PowerShell", then on " Run Windows PowerShell as administrator").
4. In the window that opens, run the following command - .\mach2.exe enable 18299130
5. ...
6. PROFIT!!!

After restarting the Settings app (if you had it running) and voila - you have a great Settings app!

Unable to enable a startup app

I can't enable windows store app to start with windows.

The step I folowed are

• Open task manager
• go to startup tab
• select the app
• enable

and when I reopen it's set at disable

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
