Windows 10: How to enable the NX feature on a Pentium Dual Core CPU E5700@3.00Ghz?

My install to Windows 10 failed on a PC running 32bit Windows 7 Home Premium.

The error I got was that the NX feature was not enabled on the CPU.

How may I enable the NX feature?

Intel(R) Pentium(R)D CPU 3.00GHz Dual Core Processor ,Microsoft coreinfo tool indicates I have PAE, NX, and SEE2 functions supported by my CPU as there is an * beside PAE, NX, and SEE2 in the core information. EDB(Executive Disabled Bit) is Enabled in
Bios so I get these features, 8mb of ram ,163gb of freespace,Direct X, version 11.Runing Win 7-64bit OS.The windows update app Indicates the CPU isn't supported and Windows 10 will not run on this P.C. How is this possible and how can I rectify the problem
.I would like to get my reservation and upgrade to windows 10 with a proper install. Any help would be appreciated.
