Windows 10: How to enable windows store app (ubuntu cli) for all users on computer?

So I have two user accounts on my computer, one thats personal and one thats for work. I've noticed that after installing ubuntu from the windows store on my work account, I can't access Ubuntu from my personal account. I really don't want to install again it on my personal account since I already have a lot of configurations and libraries installed on it from my work app, it would just take up unnecessary space. This is the error I get on my personal

How do I make it so that I can access ubuntu from all users? I heard that changing any permissions within WindowsApp folder itself can cause errors, so I don't want to do that.

Microsoft is purging a lot of low quality apps from the Windows Store

About time.
I would greatly appreciate, if MS had separated smartphone/tablet apps from Desktop/Laptop apps (at least created dedicated categories for such apps).
The actual delivery mechanism of Windows Store is very good, and very usable (much better than Ubuntu Software Center), but the content is either not there, or meant to be used on a touch-enabled device.

 

Fedora, Ubuntu, and SuSE Linux Available from Windows Store

It seems people here missed the fact that WSL with Ubuntu has been available for almost a year now and are surprised, when SUSE and Fedore have been added to the list.
Only difference there is that Ubuntu will install directly from the Store, I assume, without the need to turn on dev mode, add Windows feature and so on.
