Windows 10: How to enable windows update in windows 10?

In task manager services, windows update is disabled. How can I enable the update on windows 10. While in settings windows update section is not opening. Below is the screenshot of settings.

srlsly? Looks like MS nerfed it then. Hope you get it sorted.

I have to confess that I've not paid much attention to it and didn't bother updating it, although I probably should have.
