Windows 10: How to encrypt my pc with bitlocker!

So i read a guide from microsoft How to encrypt my pc with bitlocker!

1. It sayd where do you want to store your replacement key i said in my Microsoft account where can i find it.
2. i have aspected that Bilocker will ask me what password i want to choose, it doesnt!
3. it has rebooted and said its in progress to encrypt my drive, i thought ok then i can choose my password, no it just rebooted and now when i looking in the setting it says encrypted without asking me fore a password when i boot up the pc wtf?
4. In the bitlocker settting on Windows it says your drive is encrypted and then above it says (i)--- some settings will be managed from sysadmin??

Can someone help me please!

BitLocker Encrypted Hard Drive to MAC

I suggest you to perform below mentioned steps to disable BitLocker.

To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change View by from Category
  to Large Icons/Small Icons.
  
• 
  Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
  Turn BitLocker Off.
  
• 
  Follow on screen instructions. Click on Decrypt the Drive
  when the message appears.

Bitlocker vs device encryption in settings

Exist case a w 10 pro PC - old was w 7 pro...
to support Only Bitlocker and NOT
device encryption in settings... see shot above....?
