Windows 10: How to end a system loop

Have a Lenovo laptop. It lets me sign in, but is in a continuous loop after that. No task bar icons appear and the task manager says that Windows tasks are suspended. What do I do to stop this. By the way, the Start icon turns red when I put the cursor on it.

Programs not working


In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Windows 10 automatic repair fail loop

We understand your concern and we will provide the assistance required to help resolve the issue.

I suggest that you perform Power Drain which will help you skip the reboot loop and help you access the PC. To perform Power Drain, refer to the steps below

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system.
