Windows 10: How to ensure printing readiness of my computer? is test print periodically the only way?

I need help to be proactive to ensure when I need to print, there is no problem.This has been months since I print hardcopy; when I need it ASAP it is not happening for two days already; all network printers do not show it in the printer queue.These network printers are printing for my co-workers.My IT is still working on it after two days of raised ticket.Is it possible to be pro-active rather than suddenly find printing is not working for me?

Print prints calibration pages, but no documents

Negative: I followed all these steps, and I again removed anything from my computer and registry that is related to HP, and re-installed everything: Same problem after many attempts: The printer prints through HP setup software, but fails to print through
Windows (Test page or Microsoft application like Word, Outlook or Excel)

Outlook displays "Printer not ready"

No problem printing from notepad

No problem printing a pdf from Microsoft Edge

Interesting is that if I print to Microsoft print to PDF then I get identical error messages

Any other suggestions or hints where the problem might be?

Canon is the first manufacturer to releases Universal Print ready printers, and has an extensive set of printers available today. Canon releases models with native support for Universal Print at a consistent pace and more are expected throughout this year. HP will soon release their new ‘HP for Universal Print’ Workpath app, that delivers integration with Universal Print on all printing devices that support Workpath. The HP for Universal Print Workpath app modernizes the print experience to give users simple, driverless printing. Their target release date is summer 2021.

USB printing support

does anyone know if there is a way to kick that 'USB printing support' out of my device manager?
i have a usb hub and if that hub is connected i have an unknown device called 'unknownprinter' which is connected to the usb printing support. i don't need that usb printing support an i don't want any unknown devices in my device manager so i have do get rid of that 'usb printing support'.
any suggestions?
