Windows 10: How to enter game mode/fullscreen properly with a wireless mouse when playing minecraft?

I am playing minecraft through windows, I usually click onto fullscreen and then my mouse controls only where I look around within the game, although since recently, I have found that if I look up or down, the mouse acts as if on the windows homescreen, and pulls up the top or bottom hotbars, causing me to not be able to look around and therefore stopping me from playing, please could I have some help with this?

Mouse pointer disappears when in fullscreen mode in a game

My problem is when I start a game and enter fullscreen mode, sometimes my mouse pointer disappears, and I have done all I can possibly think of to fix it. I have tried:

-Updating drivers

-Reinstalling mouse driver

-disconnecting and reconnecting mouse to pc

-changing display from fullscreen to windowed and back

-closing and starting the game

I have a Model O2 wireless mouse, most of the time I play wireless, but when charging wired, although nothing happens to the disappearing mouse.

 

Mouse not showing in fullscreen games

To further isolate your concern regarding on your mouse, we'd like to know the following:

• If your concern also happens by replacing the mouse.
• If the game application is in the window mode while you are playing.
• The make and model of your mouse.
• If you already updated your display or graphics driver.

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

The screen shot which is uploaded is in Windowed mode, we have to change it to immersive mode to enable it in full screen.

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Launch the Minecraft game.
   
2. Select Video settings. This menu will have all the settings for graphics and videos.
   
3. Select Full screen and make sure it is
   turned on.
   

You can also check with the following two shortcut keys to enable full screen mode.

• F11
  
• Alt+Enter
