Windows 10: How to exit read only mode on a SSD while installing windows

Using windows 11Hello my computer has blue screened because of a registry error. I've tried to fix it but its not working. So I decided to do a clean install of windows, using a thumb drive. The thing is when I select the drive for windows to be installed to it says its not able to. I can't format it or delete the partition. I have found out that the drive is in read only mode I have tried using command prompt but it's saying it has write protection.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I suggest you to try the below steps to exit from the Safe mode on Windows 10.

Steps to place the computer in normal mode.

• Press Windows + R keys to open
  Run command.
• Type msconfig and press
  Enter.
• In the System Configuration window, click on
  General tab.
• Select Start-up selection as
  Normal startup, click on Apply
  and Ok.
• Follow onscreen instructions.
