Windows 10: How to extend DARK MODE SCREEN to all screens in Version 1607

My Laptop (I think?) now has Windows 10 anniversary version 1607 Build OS 14393.105

I have one eye (I am blind in one eye since 2006) that is sensitive to brightness and the DARK MODE THEME is really easy on my eye.

I was able to select the dark screen mode via Settings>Personalisation>Colours>Choose your app mode

Is there a way to extend this feature to all screens on Edge or Google Chrome?

Extend monitor error

I am using window 10 latest version. I decided to buy a extra monitor and now I have just plugged in as a dual monitor. But the problem happened, I can not extend the screen, and the window didn't recognize it neither, but weird thing here is that the
screen is also shown on the second screen but it's in duplicated mode, and of course I can not change it to extended mode neither because the window didn't recognize ! How can I change these two monitor into Extend mode instead of Duplicate mode ? thanks for

N95 screen lights don't always work

in all screens my backlight for the screen doesn't work. Its dark all the time.standby mode too.

Keep in mind though, that some windows are snap-ins and won't change at all, ever.

I need to do some further reading (or even check UTube) to see how best it would be to do the HIGH CONTRAST GOLD theme.

It would be nice if the WHITE areas can be made a lighter version of grey to cut the glare

 

Is there a way to make WHITE areas GREY in every screen.. WEB, WORD and EXCEL ???
That would be wonderful

 

I know Word has a grey mode in options, not sure about Excel.
Edge will run in High Contrast Mode,
Firefox and Chrome are switchable.
