Windows 10: How to extract my Profile Picture from my Microsoft Account?

Does anyone know how to extract my Microsoft Profile Picture without it being deleted? I need to get the Picture back because it is very Important to me and I lost the original file. Is there any way to extract it or download it from a file on the Computer or On the Microsoft account? NOTE: The Picture is not from this Microsoft Account, it is from another Windows Live User on My Windows 11 Device.I already tried looking for the Picture in the Files and found Empty folders...Device Name: HP_VictusNatProcessor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics 3.30 GHzInstalled Ram: 8.00 GB 7.34 GB

Microsoft account profile picture

I changed my Microsoft account profile picture yesterday afternoon, my account is set to sync because before changing my account picture it was the previous one that was synced. So now it’s still the old Microsoft account picture, the store and apps show the new one but the account picture didn’t change and when I add a email account in mail, the icon is the old profile picture... so it’s like it did a 10% sync ... how long before I see the complete changes or sync.

Thank you for writing to Microsoft community forum.

Please note that you will not be able to change the profile picture for all the user accounts if they are Microsoft accounts. If the user accounts are Microsoft account, the profile picture should be changed by signing in to:
https://account.microsoft.com/ and if the user account is a local account, then you can change the Account picture (provided you are
signed into that account)by following the steps provided below:

1. Open Windows Settings.
   
2. Then click on Accounts.
   
3. Then click on image/blank icon to change it.

For us to assist you on resolving your Microsoft account picture concern, please log in to
https://account.live.com and check if your picture is available. If yes, please follow
Mayank Gupta10's suggestion on this
link.

If not, please upload your preferred picture online so it will be synchronize on your computer. Once set, we need to switch from Microsoft account login to Local account then revert afterwards. Please follow the steps below:

• Go to Start, and select Settings >
  Accounts.
• Under Your email and accounts, click Sign in with a local account instead.
• Type in your current password and click Next.
• Under Switch to a local account window, just click the
  Next button without filling in the password.
• Then, click Sign out and finish button.
  

Now, we need to switch back to your Microsoft account as log in credentials by following the steps below:

• Go to Start, and select Settings >
  Accounts.
• Under Your email and accounts, click Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Type in your Microsoft account credentials on the next window and click next.
• Proceed with the next step of verification process.
• Click Switch to complete the process.
• You should have your Microsoft account picture synced on your computer.
