Windows 10: How to factory reset a completely broken windows 10

HelloI own a PC that has had what seems to be a serious windows issue. Originally windows did not want to start, it kept telling me its diagnosing the issue but kept saying it couldnt fix the issue. I then thought resetting the pc which didnt work because of insufficient disk space and no internet connection which it shouldve had. I then proceeded to try and fix through usb which ended up installing a version of windows that didnt end up working. it ended up not installing and is now bugged. this may have been my fualt but it was the final option. From now on the computer does not open to Wi

Trying to Factory Reset Windows 10 w/o Administrator/BitLocker/USB

Hello,

I have been trying to reset my Surface Go. I do not have access to the Administrator account, hence why I am trying to factory reset my PC. I do not have a USB available, nor do I have a USB I can use to create a bootable media to reinstall Windows 10. I have tried resetting Windows 10 from the Troubleshoot Menu (Holding Shift while Restarting), but when I complete all the steps, my PC does not factory reset.

My Version number is 20H2 (OS Build 19042.1052)
