    How to factory reset my windows 10 pc


    I am trying to factory reset my pc but nothing works, i cannot do it the normal way because it says “could not find the recovery environment” , i searched for the folder and found it however that file just has the little microsoft edge icon beside it and the file is named reAgent. When you open that file it says the xml file does not appear to have any style information associated with it, i cant enable it in cmd, i tried. What do i need to do to get this file so i can factory reset my pc, i have been trying for hours.
