    How to figure out what to do with my laptop


    I bought this laptop in late 2019, After COVID and I used it for a bit until it crashed, now when I turn it on it just says PORT 0: ST1000LMO35-1RK172 and it says my smart test status is bad and to "backup and replace" what does this mean and how can I fix it? I could really use terms that could help non tech savvy people understand it better, please and thank you

    I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

    Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
