Windows 10: How to finaly fix windows explorer.exe?

So, I have built a new pc a few days ago. I really like it, but there are a few problems. Apart from my bios which sometimes randomly flashes green for a sec after I use the bios menu, I've experienced problems upon startup. Firstly, after firing it up the taskbar, startingmenu and searchbar are not working. My curser only does the loading animation when hovering over them. They only start reacting after about 5-6 minutes, which is just not ok. I have to restart the explorer.exe using the taskmanager every time in order to speed it up. Sometimes I need to do it twice. So I think something rela

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer

I don't use Internet Explorer, I meant the thing where you can look at files etc. Hotkey Windows+E. Maybe it's the wrong name in english though. *Stick Out Tongue
