Windows 10: How to find and access your programs in Windows 11.

Bought a new laptop.It uses Windows 11. So where do I find the programs? I go to that little symbol all the way to the left and at the bottom. In the past, this is where you could access just about every program. So what do I find here? Nothing but news and other sorts of articles.Up until Windows 11, this is where you found everything. Now I find a bunch of junk I am not interested in. I did download two programs. One a diagram maker and since I have not found any MS Office programs...downloaded Libre Office. That did not do me any good, I do not know how to find any programs. Started using O

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

A year ago i had to set up an public internet PC and i installed a program from Microsoft but now that i have to install another public PC i have forgotten the programs name.. any idea which program from Microsoft restricts unnessasary access to Windows?

This issue might be due to some error in system settings.

If you have not yet tried the below steps, I suggest you to perform and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to log out from the current user account, restart the computer and log-in with the administrator account and check if you are able to access the local drivers.
