Windows 10: How to find bitlocker recovery key if device is not showing?

My laptop has been facing issues recently. It’s a Lenovo ideapad 3 and I have been using it for over 3 years. When I turn on my laptop it shows the Lenovo loading screen then goes blueish blank until forever, sometimes it says “it looks like windows didn’t load correctly” so I tried going to advanced options and turn on safe mode but it didn’t let me and asked me to type my bitlocker recovery key first, I couldn’t find the key of that specific device from the Microsoft website in my account, without the recovery key I can’t do anything. My computer is locked by BitLocker and the recovery key is not showing in the Microsoft account (the device is listed). How can I generate/retrieve the key (I don't have it stored anywhere)?

3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
