Windows 10: How to find evidence for technical issue for unsubmitted Canvas exam?

Hello, Ive just taken a 'submit assignment' type exam last Saturday on Canvas. A minute or so before the deadline, I tried to send my file multiple times, but I realised too late that the page timed out after the exam closed. I tried to submit it but then my wifi was acting up, then the exam page closed and I couldn't submit anything. I have already closed the tab for this.

What can I submit as evidence of this technical issue? Any deep files on my laptop? It would sway in my favour if I were to get the grade. I am using Windows 10, and was using Firefox.

I can bring up the working time history on the Word document I typed on, but I would prefer something like that written above. I am not proficient in stuff like this so apologies in advance.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
