Windows 10: How to find my dell pen if it shows no location available

My pen is already lost i tried downloading the drivers but it did not work plz help quick this is quite important

i lost my hp pen..i have already gone to find my device and under the find my pen tab it is showing no location data available..pls help and please call me if posssible

dell active pen

My dell active pen used to work but it doesn't now. I changed the battery in it (the battery is in correctly) but that didn't help either. All the support assist people only help with the surface pens. Any suggestions?

 

"Where's my pen" never shows location

I have "Where's my device" turned on. The Surface pen shows up as a device. It shows a timestamp for when I last used the device. But it always says "location unavailable." The Surface Pro 6 on the other hand consistently shows an a recent location.
Why doesn't "Where's my pen" show a location.
