Windows 10: How to fix 0xc000021a error?

I'm unable to use Windows 10 as it's only giving me the BSOD. It's not letting me access the automatic repair thing either. I could really use some help.

In below customer scenario windows boot gives error 0xc000021a constantly.
Scenario
1. Customer boots PC and logs in
2. Waiting for some minutes and then black screen
3. Force power down
4. When then rebooting error 0xc000021a comes constantly.

Any suggestions (besides restore from backup)?
