    How To Fix 0xc00021a and CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED at the same time ?


    So i have a problem with my pc. When i opened 3 app which is chrome, zoom, and spotify, my pc just not responding and a made a force shut down. When i turn it on, the pc went blue screen with CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED error notification. I already try to fix that error through automatic repair, but it didn't work out, i try to reset ny pc but it getting stuck at "getting things ready" or something like that. So i try to fix it through the safe mode, but before i reach the safe mode, the pc went into blue screen again but this time with 0xc000021a error notification. I literally getting a little freak out right now, cause i still can't fix it. I just wanna know, is there anything that i can do ?

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

    CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED problem.

    I have a desktop computer running Win 10. The latest updates have ended up with a CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED problem and I can't reboot. I haven't got a boot disk as Win 10 was downloaded
