Windows 10: How to fix 8007001F error

8 months of trying and admittedly very frustrated I can't fix with anything Windows offers. Went from XP to 10 and now site like United, my banking and other do not function to include my web based email..

Nokia 710 error message 8007001F

I have a 710 and the update didn't work. I got an error message that wasn't listed: 8007001F. Has anyone had this message? Is there a way to fix this?
