Windows 10: How to fix a black screen on startup?

I recently installed new AMD graphics and while installing, the screen went black. It did say the display might flicker during installation, but it stayed black. I left it for an hour before restarting, thinking that my PC froze or something. I'm not tech savvy or anything. When I start it up now, I can hear the sound that it makes when it loaded into the login screen, but still have no visuals. I tried googling and testing some methods to a similar problem, but it doesn't seem to have any effect. Or I can't tell because I can't see a thing. I don't know what else I can try or what caused the
