Windows 10: How to fix a Blue screen of death - with no error code.

I have had this issue before and unfortunately no one was able to help me resolve it. I think mine is related to a controller I use for gaming. This is a separate issue, on my mom's laptop. She uses no peripherals at all and always gets the blue screen, sometimes in the middle of important things she is doing for school like tests etc. When the blue screen appears, as shown in the image, we are not able to even see the full screen. So we don't even have an error code or qr code. Can anyone help? It is a Lenovo with windows 10

Blue Screen of Death error code

My computer is in a loop of the blue screen of death. The error code im given is kmode_exeption_not_handled

After a few times of the pc looping itself, it beings me to recovery. Jow do i fix this issue?

Hi all! I received a blue screen of death recently, however, I wasn't able to jot down the error code. I did; however, attach a copy of the BSOD zip file for review.

Please let me know what you guys think it might be. *really
