Windows 10: How to fix a frozen PC that's stuck on Getting Windows Ready?

After my HDD slowed down and stopped working as fast, I took the time to buy an SSD. Why not, right?Well, after some time, my PC would freeze after awhile of being idle.I decided to completely wipe the SSD and using my laptop and the Windows Media Creation Tool, I tried reinstalling windows onto my Tower.I went through the prompts and successfully installed Windows 10.However, once booted into the SSD it instantly gets stuck at "getting windows ready".The "Progressbar" spins once, gets to the top, freezes, and after waiting an hour or two, it just stays there.I had then used my BIOS to boot in

Try To install from MediaCreation tool .
Stuck at 32%
