Windows 10: How to fix a illegal state change

So i recently tried ti download minecraft and i wasnt able to so i looked it up and it said i had two of the same accounts logged in, in other users so i removed one of the them. Then when i went back to it both accounts were gone and then when i went to account and Your Info, it showed an email that im not signed in anymore because i deleted the mircosoft account for that email and then when i scroll down it says “You need to update some info for your microsoft account.” So i did that and it told me it had sent the code to login for the email that doesnt have a microsoft account anymore. Illegal state change request???

When I tried to sign in I was told, We are unable to sign you in. An illegal state change was requested? What does that mean? I did not ask for any change!

 

Illegal State Change

Recently changed the alias of my primary email for my microsoft account, can sign in with the new gmail from a browser just fine. However, when attempting to verify my microsoft account under the settings of my laptop I am met with an "illegal state change"
notification and leaves me unable to verify myself on my own laptop. Tried looking everywhere to fix this problem but have had no luck

Illegal State Change Requested?

I've been trying to sign in to my Microsoft account so I could update my computer to Windows 11 for what's felt like a year. I recently tried signing in to recover some information but got an "Illegal State Change Requested" notification when I did. I never requested any change or such. The best I can remember is trying to delete my account a few years ago but decided not to. I need this fixed ASAP.
