Windows 10: How to fix Assertion failed: C++ Runtime Library Expression gpu_count > 0

hello i get this error when i try to start some game launcher i installed

Recently installed adobe creative cloud and whenever I launch my pc (because of adobe auto start up) or try to get the creative cloud to open I get this error:

I get the error message of Microsoft visual c++ runtime library Assertion failed line: 460 Expression: vulcan_ every time I turn on my PC.

• So I press Retry, and nothing happens
  
• Do I have a problem?
