Windows 10: How to fix Attempting to recover installation undoing changes made to your computer?

I was using pc a message appeared to update the windows after the update when I restart my PC start displaying attempting to recover installation undoing changes made to your computer. I have installation media of windows 10 and also done the primary steps to fix it but it failed. I don't want to go to the shop because I don't want my data to be compromised so in order to help me can someone from this world community help me fix the problem.Awaiting valuable response Thank you

Attempting to recover Installation

After downloading recent updates my system started installing update. Then after 2 hour it went into infinite loop saying that "Attempting to recover installations" & "Undoing changes made to your computer".

I read a post regarding this issue and it said to go into window recovery environment by repeatedly doing on/off using power button but this didn't worked.

I need suggestions on how to get out of this loop.

Or some other alternate method.

Windows 7 to 10 upgrade failure - stuck in boot loop attempting to recover installation undoing changes made to your computer

I have a very old laptop stuck in in and endless boot loop after it attempted to automatically update itself from windows 7 to 10.

The problem being the laptop has some old software that cant be easily obtained again so I need to find a way to get it rolled back to windows 7 without wiping it and reinstalling everything.

My problem is that I cant get into the recovery console (switching off mid boot 3 times) it just wont work.

All the computer will do is begin to load then say "attempting to recover installation" for a fraction of a second and then "undoing changes made to your computer" reboot and repeat.

Has anyone any suggestions on how I can roll this back without the machine being able to finish the windows 10 update?
