Windows 10: how to fix auto type keyboard?

My keyboard is functioning properly and has no physical damage or key issues. However, occasionally, random letters appear on my screen without me pressing anything, and the Num Lock, Win Lock, Caps Lock, and Scroll Lock keys toggle on and off by themselves. This issue also sometimes causes my computer to shut down unexpectedly. Additionally, when I'm using my browser, the page might automatically reload as if F5 was pressed, go full-screen like pressing F11, or open the developer tools F12 on its own.

Hi team,

I am having dell laptop and had windows 8.1 , in windows 8.1, Standard PS/2 keyboard(inbuilt keyboard ) was working fine after some week it start auto typing I don't know how to fix this problem

Please help me!
