Windows 10: how to fix automatic repair loop srttrail.txt when my windows account won’t login

so I tried to install windows on a new ssd and something has corrupted leading to my pc being stuck in a automatic repair loop, where it says srttrail.txt I go to advanced repair options and try to go into command prompt. But it ask for a password to sign into my windows account I do the password for my email but says password is incorrect, I’ve reset it and it still say incorrect password.I was thinking it was a local account but I used a PIN instead of password anyone know any solutions. I’ve also tried fully resetting pc but it always fails and undoes any changes.
