    How to fix black screen no mouse Alienware 15 R3?


    Hey can anyone help me out ? I've been having issue for nearly a month now. I have a 15 R3 Alienware laptop, i was doing my best to keep it up to date. I ran into an issue where my window files were corrupted so that ended in me having to reset the pc ,once i did windows reinstalled but once Nvidia updated the screen went black. I've been trying to figure this out for a while now. Next my pc wouldn't run by that it would turn on but and I'd see the logo screen but apparently windows was no longer on it. So i looked up and followed steps to reinstall windows 10 it turns on i see the logo scree

    i am watching netflick on my laptop and the screen goes black after 15 seconds or so and i have to wiggle the mouse to get pic back any suggestions
