Windows 10: How to fix blank screen, no fans and power button on HP Pavillion

Hi! This morning I was using my laptop and all was fine. I never shut it off, only closed the lid. I went out and came back, opened the laptop and the Operating System Boot Mode Change screen appeared. I pressed the esc key to exit the menu, and now the laptop is unusable. I press the power button, the power LED turns on and it just stays there. No display flickering and no fan spinning. I attempted to connect an HDMI to get an output to no avail. I have tried everything, from unplugging the battery and power plug to let the electricity drain to attempting to flash a BIOS recovery from a USB u

HP Pavillion DV4 Laptop Needs Screen Cable...

Have a HP Pavillion DV4 Laptop, screen started to go whacky about a year ago, but wiggling the cover would fix it, over time got worse to the point it completely stopped working.

I took the unit apart, put it back together and WHAM, it was working fine... until I moved the screen and it started to go haywire again, lines, a semi blank white screen, etc. External monitor works fine.

The screen is a complete b*tch to work on, and I suspect it's a damaged cable. There's a cable bundle (it's not a ribbon) that winds around the lid hinge - I think it's frayed.

Nice laptop, can handle most games and loaded with features. Would like to fix it. Anyone have experience with an HP laptop?

 

HP Pavillion Power 15" Windows 10 Freeze

My Laptop keeps freezing once in a while. Once it freezes, it will stay frozen until i either unplug my charger or replug my charger.

I am still unable to fix it, but here are some input.

Laptop: HP Pavillion Power 15"

Some symptoms:

• Ram is around 80% usage or higher
  
• The computer does not lag
  
• This happens less frequently after restarting and happens more frequently the longer I kept the laptop on or without shutting down (sleeping and turning on)
  

Thing's I have tried to change:

• the max cpu power in the power management
  
• the power plan
