Windows 10: How to fix blue screen problem, it failed in CLFS.SYS

I just tried to update my laptop but then this blue screen thing occurred. Every time I restart, it states "Preparing Automatic Repair" then proceeds to show the blue screen after a few seconds. Not very handy on these types of errors. If I can fix it by myself, please tell on how so. Or do I have to call on a technician for this? Your replies matter, thanks

I use verifier to check my *.sys list, and i got blue screen again. I'm sure there are some problem in my *.sys list, but i can't see verifierXXXlog.
