Windows 10: How to fix bluetooth headphones that frequently disconnect from PC?

My JBLTune770NC headphones connect for about 30 seconds and disconnect after in a cycle. I am experiencing this issue on a Huawei Matebook 14 device that operates on Windows 11. I can connect my Microsoft bluetooth mouse just fine and another headphone JBLTune520BT but this particular model does not remain connected. Before I switched to the Matebook 14, the JBLTune770NC was connected perfectly fine to my old Huawei Matebook 13. I have searched online and tried many solutions. I updated all my Bluetooth drivers, and I disabled the power saving option in power management in everything Bluetoo

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

I understand that you are facing issues in connecting the Bluetooth headphones to the computer, we will look into this for you. However, please reply to the following questions to help you further:

• Are you able to connect the headphones to any other device?
  
• Are you able to connect any other headphones to the computer?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you to run the in-built troubleshooter for Bluetooth and check if that helps in resolving the issue. Please follow the steps mentioned below to run the troubleshooter:

1. Press and hold Windows key + I, to open
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Update & Security.
   
3. Click on Troubleshoot.
   
4. Under Find and fix other problems, click on Bluetooth and click on
   Run the troubleshooter.
   
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

In that case, I suggest you uninstall the Bluetooth headphones, please follow the below to do so.

Step 1:Maksure to unplug the Bluetooth headphones before performing the below

Go to the search box next to the windows icon and type Device Manager then click to open it.

Step 2:

Then expand Bluetooth and the right click on Bluetooth headphones

Step 3:

Then select Properties

Step 4:

Click on Driver tab and then click on Uninstall Device

Step 5:

Restart PC and verify it's not listed in the Bluetooth settings page

Step 6:

Once the above is confirmed then plug the Bluetooth and try to setup.

Let me know the status after performing the above.
