Windows 10: how to fix bluetooth headset sound delay in windows 10 ?

hello!first, my equipments are this:- HYTECH HY-XBK33 bluetooth headset.- AN-7048 bluetooth moduleI connected my headset to pc via bt module but, here is a almost 0.7seconds delay on the sounds.I thought this problem was related to bluetooth. but when i saw people just install the driver for the headset and fix it i gave up hope. because there is no driver file of the headset on the internet. Can we solve this problem without installing driver?

Getting sound with bluetooth headset

HI, I have bluetooth Samsung Gear Circle headset and a SoundBlaster Jam bluetooth headset. Both pair fine, both connect fine. No sound. They do not show up in "Select Device Playback". (Speakers and USB headphones show up in that list). I know that
they both worked at one time or another, but not this time. Am I missing a step?
