Windows 10: How to fix bluetooth " paired but can't connect"

I have a problem with my bluetooth driver on my HP PROBOOK 430 G4 , when i try to connect to any device phone or headphones, it only shows paired to the device but then doesn't connect. I tried updating my bluetooth, rolling back but issue not solved. When I troubleshoot it says "check bluetooth radio status". I even try updating the bios driver and window but issue not resolved. I don't know what to do now.

Bluetooth Stopped pairing

On Monday my wireless headphones were working ok, on Tuesday they weren't . When I switch them on now, I still get the 'connected' message, but they no longer show up in the list of connected devices. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the Bluetooth adapter, re-installing the drivers, rolling back the drivers etc, and although i get the 'connected' and 'pairing' messages, they still don't appear on the list and are not working. Any suggestions, please? (There may have been an update installed on Monday night?) Windows 10 Pro. version 22H2. Build 19045.3930

Those steps usually work. Did you try every single step without missing any? We often find out later that the skipped step was the fix.

fixed bluetooth driver that doesn't appear but..

Did you check the list of paired devices to make sure the device is not already paired? Sometimes I can't pair a device only to find it is already paired. Even though is is the list of paired devices it still won't connect. To solve that problem I have to delete the device in the list and go through with pairing again. When paired the device will connect again.
