Windows 10: How to fix Bluetooth that won't detect a device.

After hours of searching nothing has worked. Bluetooth scans but finds no Bluetooth devices. Went through all automatic troubleshooting. Tried to unistall driver but they actually never uninstall. Not sure if this is relevant but "Allow a Device to Connect" is greyed out. I went through the greyed out troubleshooting with no success. Bluetooth device RFCOMM Protocol TDI is the device under Bluetooth. Adapter is Generic Bluetooth Adapter with Microsoft enumerator and Microsoft LE enumerator. Wi-Fi/Bluetooth antenna is connected. When trying to uninstall the driver it says its uninstalled andd

Can't detect Bluetooth devices on Win 10

This issue might occur if the Bluetooth service is turned off, or due to missing or incompatible Bluetooth Adapter driver or incorrect Bluetooth settings.

BLUETOOTH MOUSE WON T MOOVE. WHY?
